Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim has already returned and in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she stated that petitioner and others participated in the alleged crime but she, specifically, stated that she was forcibly made to sit in a bus along with co-accused, Bidyanand, who happens to be grand son of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
