Patna High Court MJC No.698 of 2018(5) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 an amount of Rs.15,23,268/- to the Executive Engineer, B.C.D., Madhubani, and after deducting the CGST/SGST and labour cess, the petitioner has been paid an amount of Rs.14,47,104/-. The petitioner has also been paid an amount of Rs.94,700/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not liable to pay CGST and SGST amount. The petitioner, if so like, may file a proper application before the appropriate authority. In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, the case is consigned.
