The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 16.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34636 of 2014 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.

Petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Masaurhi in connection with Punpun P.S.
