Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 03.06.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9799/2021. On last occasion, vide order dated 09.03.2022, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that the case is at the stage of 'Appearance', as out of four accused persons, two accused persons namely Kundan Yadav and Sattan Kumar Mandal have never appeared after being released on bail. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
