This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 10.08.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5700 of 2016 on the ground that father's name of applicant was wrongly typed in writ petition as Makardhawaj Chaubey in place of Markandey Chaubey and the similar error has occurred in order dated 10.08.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5700 of 2016. In view of the aforesaid facts, petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in father's name of petitioner in C.W.J.C. No. 5700 of 2016 and similarly, in order dated

Patna High Court MJC No.2544 of 2017 (2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 10.08.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5700 of 2016, the father's name of petitioner be read as Markandey Chaubey, in place of Makardhawaj Chaubey.

Accordingly, order dated 10.08.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5700 of 2016 stands modified to the above stated extent.

In the aforesaid manner, this modification petition stands disposed of.
