It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except the confessional statement of co-accused as well as petitioner, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.3.2015 and up till now, he has not been put on TI Parade.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua P.S. Case no. 16/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
