The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 328 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 166, 167, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.11.2019.

The petitioner is a daily wage Amin. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has committed mischief in the matter of land settlement. He was asked to file show cause but he failed to submit the same.

No.7158 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 328 of 2017.
