JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-03-2022 Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Ms. Meena Singh for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 457 of 2019 dated 21.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is of having obtained employment by tampering with the result of BETET. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accusation is false.

She has already resigned from the job on 03.02.2022. The case diary was called for.

It appears that the charge against the petitioner is still to be substantiated.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 03.02.2022 is hereby confirmed.

The petitioner shall remain on the same bail bonds. This application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
