There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he along with other accused poured kerosene oil and lit fire on the person of informant as a result thereof, informant as well as her child sustained burn injuries.
The impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge reveals that informant sustained grievous injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34032 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri Rahul Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur stands rejected.
