2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. The victim girl in her statement, recorded under Section 164, said that she has eloped with the petitioner and got married with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.11.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
