The grievance of the petitioners is against nonpayment of salary since June, 2015. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the salary of the petitioners is pending because of non-fixation of their pay by the District Programme Officer, Siwan, respondent no. 5.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.2963 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 of with the direction to the District Programme Officer, Siwan to take appropriate decision with regard to fixation of pay of the petitioners so that the impediment in the matter of payment of salary may be removed and the petitioners be paid due salary. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the District Programme Officer, Siwan at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and thereafter all concerned are required to ensure payment of salary within a further period of 30 days from the date of fixation of pay of the petitioners. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
