2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not exhausted the remedy of appeal, therefore, liberty may be given to file appeal before appropriate forum.

Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has demanded his appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayka for Ward No.14, Center No.145 at Kehunia Gram Panchayat, but he has not moved before the original authority instead thereof, he has filed only representation.

4. As such, counsel submits that no remedy could be granted to the petitioner for preferring appeal.
5. Upon hearing the parties and perusal of the documents, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner has filed representation whereas according to relevant Margdarshika Rule for appointment of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayka, he has to file statutory complain and as such, the liberty for preferring appeal could not be granted by this Court. She may exhaust her remedy in the light of relevant Anganwari Guidelines for appointment of Anganwari Sevika/Sahayka.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed off.
