The petitioners seek bail in Dip Nagar P.S. Case No.384 of 2019, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From possession of the two petitioners, 137 litres of liquor was recovered for that the petitioners are in jail since 28.12.2019. The petitioners have already remained in jail for more than two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioners, namely, Dhananjay Kumar @ Munna and Kumod Pandit are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional District & Sessions
