1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has prayed to allow her to join the counselling as she could not appear for counselling notified on 09.08.2018 since she was notified only by sms on mobile at 11.30 P.M. on 08.08.2018 and is residing about 400 k.m. away. The petitioner had appeared in the B.Ed. Combined Entrance Test 2018 organized by the University. She is from Schedule Tribe category and disabled woman having 70 percent disability.
3. While the Court has all the sympathy for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2409 of 2019(4) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 petitioner, no relief can be granted to her after efflux of time. The writ petition was filed in 2019 but has remained pending for admission. The selection process for 2018 B.Ed course is complete and thereafter, several courses have already been concluded. This Court cannot turn the clock back finds that the writ petition has therefore become infructuous by efflux of time. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
