The petitioners seek bail in Garhpura P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased stated that his daughter was married to Santosh Sahni, S/o Ramkishun Sahni (the petitioner). His son-in-law took his daughter to his house. His daughter gave birth female child aged about two and half years but his son-in-law and other in-laws poisoned her to death. The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35380 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sri Prakash, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 16/2015.
