Petitioner is in jail custody since 1.6.2015 on the accusation that he produced caste certificate of Gond community and on the basis of the aforesaid caste certificate, he got job in CISF, though the petitioner belongs to caste of Gangota community. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai (Refinery) P.S.
