The petitioners Nippu Kumar and Seema Kumari are the Devar and Devrani of the deceased lady who are in custody in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that these two petitioners are in custody since 01.04.2016 in connection with the present case and have been languishing for no fault of their own and the fact that the victim lady had suffered severe chest pain and had been admitted to the hospital for treatment where she succumbed to her injury. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no role to play, let the petitioners
