JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with L.N.M.U. P. S. Case No. 269 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 504, 506/34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner no.1 of assault by the knife to the informant and against petitioner no.2 of assault by Terchhebia on the head of the informant, causing injuries. It further appears that injuries are serious.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are in custody since 20.09.2019, having no criminal antecedent.
Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4511 of 2020(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. However, once the charge has been framed in this case, petitioners are at liberty to renew their prayer for bail. With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
