2. The petitioners are in custody since 13.02.2016 and 29.03.2016 respectively in connection with Rail P.S. Darbhanga (G.R.P.) Case No. 34 of 2003 for the offences alleged under Sections 392 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely on the basis of the confessional statements of co-accused Md. Sakoor, Md. Hakim and Md. Ishrail and there is no material whatsoever to connect them with the alleged offence. No recovery of the goods has been

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge IInd, Samastipur in connection with S. Tr. No. 144 of 2016 arising out of Rail P.S. Darbhanga (G.R.P.) Case No. 34 of 2003 with additional conditions that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners; and the petitioners shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure to do so on three consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
