Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 547 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a), 30(g), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners as is evident from the seizure list. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.
