JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 19-03-2025 It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant that the present appeal has been preferred by the appellant on the ground that the progress in trial was not satisfactory but, now three witnesses are completely examined and even Investigating Officer of this case has also examined in part.

2. Mr. Dinu Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submitted that on earlier occasion the appellant has been granted bail by this Court through Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.599 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022, which was set aside by Hon'ble Supreme Court through Criminal Appeal

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.457 of 2025(4) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 No.616 of 2024 @ SLP (Crl.) No.6952 of 2023 vide order dated 5th February, 2024.

3. In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.
