The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation in the F.I.R., on the confessional statement of six non F.I.R. named accused of Teghra P.S. Case no.192 of 2020 including the petitioner herein, it is stated that arms and ammunition i.e three country made revolver etc. were recovered buried in the orchard.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered as a result of his so called confessional statement which in any case is before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16920 of 2021(2) dt.02-09-2021 2/2 police. The petitioner is in custody since 17.9.2020 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case no. 279 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
