Name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused persons and admittedly, victim was recovered from a village and his statement under section 164 of the Cr.P.C was recorded. The victim disclosed the name of the petitioner and some other persons claiming that he had heard the names of the petitioner and others during course of conversation of criminals. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge IX, Gaya in Sessions trial no. 30 of 2015/ 178 of 2015 arising out of Mufassil P.S. Case no. 541/2014.
