The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa. The accusation is of recovery of country made pistol and six cartridges from the possession of the petitioner. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2019 while he is accused in five cases, as detailed in paragraph 3, but, he is on bail in all five cases Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
