JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-03-2019 Aggrieved by the order dated 30.05.20018, passed by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Darbhanga in Basgit Parcha Appeal No. 69 of 2007-08, the present writ application has been filed.

The said order is apparently a final order under the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3991 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 provisions of the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947.

The petitioner has statutory remedy before the Bihar Land Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal') under the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, which he can avail. It is indicated that if any question of delay in approaching the Tribunal arises, the Tribunal will keep in mind the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.

With the aforesaid liberty, this writ application is disposed of.
