This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Laukaha P.S. Case No.131 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He is in custody since 01.07.2024.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the trial out of seven witnesses, four witnesses including the informant have been examined and they have turned hostile.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani / concerned Court below, in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No.131 of 2024. 7.

The deposition of the informant is taken on record.
