JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2024 This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.01.2022 passed in POCSO Case No. 19/2020, arising out of Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 8/2020 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge VI cum Special Court, POCSO, Jehanabad under Section 227 of the Cr.P.C. for discharge of petitioner.

2. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points, which have been taken in the present petition, before the learned Court below at appropriate stage.
