There is specific allegation against this petitioner that he forcibly established physical relation with a minor girl on false promise of marriage.

No doubt, the aforesaid relation continued for near about one year but taking the age of victim as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015 pending in the court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st-cum-Special Judge, Saran at Chapra stands rejected.
