2. The petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2014 in connection with Musrak P.S. Case No. 11 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the vehicle recovered near the petitioner's house is a different one. The petitioner is on bail in Kalyanpur (Samastipur) P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code relating to the recovery of the vehicle.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction
