Having regard to the criminal antecedent of this petitioner, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for regular bail, the court below shall dispose of the same on the same day without being influence by the refusal to grant anticipatory bail considering the age of the petitioner and also considering the fact that similarly circumstanced co-accused have been granted bail.
