On account of recovery of one bottle of Mc. Dowell no. 1 foreign wine, petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.04.2016. Furthermore, as per para 3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner namely Kaushal Kr.

Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Excise case no. 145/2016.
