The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.135 of 2012 registered for offences under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted that the petitioner was exonerated in investigation of the case by the Investigating Officer and final form was submitted but learned Magistrate has differed with the final form and has taken cognizance.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7732 of 2022(2) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed.
Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.135 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
