The petitioner seeks bail in Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 464 of 2013 registered under sections 363,366A , 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner abducted minor sister of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It appears that the victim was recovered and she has made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she has said that the accused Arvind offered Prasad to the victim and after eating the same she became unconscious and when she regained her conscious she found herself in Panipat. The victim appears to be a consenting party and her age has been assessed to 18-19 years. The petitioner is in jail since 01.04.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34504 of 2014 (3) dt.16-01-2015 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.
