In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No.130 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 353,420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that a general meeting was called for selection of Anganbari Sevika wherein by creating commotion, the petitioner along with one Suresh Kumar took away the Register, on that account, no selection was made. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly her prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for regular bail, the court below
