Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K.Hat P.S. Case No. 1283 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c)/21(b) of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5 grams of Brown Sugar (Smack) has been recovered form the possession of the petitioner which is a small quantity.

Case No. 1283 of 2022.
