2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109l 191(3), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others has assaulted Vikash Rai and Golu Rai.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. He has further submitted that from perusal of the order of the learned trial court, it will transpire that the injured of this case have received simple injuries caused by hard and blunt substance. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8342 of 2026(2) dt.12-02-2026 2/2 of 07.11.2025 whereas the FIR was lodged on 09.11.2025 there is delay of two days in lodging the FIR. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 15.12.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail and has submitted that petitioner is having one criminal antecedent.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Chauri P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC Bhojpur at Ara.
