A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner in which copy of absolute sale deed in favour of the opposite party no. 3, with regard to Flat No. 2 I, 'Global Apartment', Lakshmichak, Lakshya Global Road in Patna has been annexed. The Court is glad that the parties have come to a final settlement for which the Court also appreciates the role of the learned counsel. The petitioner as well as the opposite party no. 3 are also present in Court. The Court has interacted with them and is satisfied that both have willfully and without any pressure reached an agreement by which all pending matters, including criminal cases,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34771 of 2014 dt.11-01-2017 2/2 between the parties, shall be concluded. For the said purpose, the opposite parties no. 2 and 3, shall file appropriate application before the Court concerned so that final orders are passed in the cases. This Court expects that opposite parties no. 2 and 3 shall do the same within one month from today and also that the concerned Court below shall pass appropriate orders on the same expeditiously. As the matter has finally been agreed to be compromised and criminal case is also likely to be disposed off, the present application stands allowed, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner on 10.12.2014, stands confirmed.

The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
