The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019, Excise Case No. 1832 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the alleged recovery has been made from the motorcycle, which does not belong to this petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No.4422 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh O.P.)
