2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits at the Bar that in view of the statutory alternative remedy of filing appeal, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with the liberty aforesaid.

3. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to prefer the appeal before the competent authority.

4. Suffice it to observe that the matter was pending since 2019, while considering the application for condonation of
