2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issued raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2024 of this Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.6689 of 2021.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.4 along with all supporting documents and the order aforesaid within a period of one month and the respondent no.4

Patna High Court CWJC No.1838 of 2025(2) dt.06-02-2025 3/3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within two months thereafter.

4. It is made clear that respondent no.4 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
