2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria Town P.S. Case No. 285 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, an unknown dead body was recovered. Subsequently, the name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused, namely, Akbar that he along with others have killed the deceased. The murder weapon has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
