The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police arrested two persons and others managed to flee away. The petitioner was not arrested on the spot. The name of the petitioner came on the disclosure of Dilip Raut and Munna @ Rakesh Kumar. Dilip Raut and Munna @ Rakesh Kumar have already been enlarged on bail. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34059 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015.
