Petitioners are in custody in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 299/2018 for the offence under sections 447/341/506/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case petitioners and informant are agnate and on account of dispute over passage, quarrel took place in which it is alleged that petitioner no.1 is order giver and assailant is Mukesh Kumar.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and allegation of assault is against Mukesh Kumar and petitioners are in custody since 28.11.2018 and 03.12.2018, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7242 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 299 of 2018.
