The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bairgania P.s.Case no.282 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a of the Indian Penal code and Section 26 of the Arms Act..

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of one country-made pistol from the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for one year, having no criminal antecedent and he is ready to co-operate in the disposal of the trial.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of submisions as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4803 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 made above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned I/C CJM, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S.Case No.282 of 2018 with condition to appear before the court below as and when required otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
