2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2018.

3 . Prosecution case is that 50 liters country made liquor were recovered from spot kept in jute sack which is allegedly thrown by this petitioner.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has got 7 criminal antecedent out of which 6 are of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7764 of 2025(2) dt.03-03-2025 2/2 similar nature .

6. Considering the criminal antecedents of petitioner and other circumstances of the case , for anticipatory bail is rejected.
