In the present case, petitioner is claiming payment of Rs. 16,73,071.58 as he is entitled to the said amount but the same has not been paid to him by the authority concerned. During Panchayat Election 2011 the petitioner was asked to supply the goods for the purposes of creating proper infrastructure for smooth holding of Panchayat Election. Accordingly he has acted upon and supplied the goods whereafter he has submitted the bill but payment has not been made. As per petitioner certain payment has been made but amount of Rs.16,73,071.58 has not been paid.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6223 of 2017 (2) dt.21-07-2017 Petitioner has represented to the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur but has proved to be in vain.

In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur who will be obliged to dispose of the same within a period of three months form the date of filing of the same. With the aforesaid observation and directed this writ petition is disposed of.
