Petitioner is not named and it appears that name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of coaccused during course of investigation. The petitioner carries criminal antecedent but having similar allegation, one co-accused, namely Suresh Sah has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 30 of 2010
