2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . It is a case of dowry death .
4. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation alleged against them and they have no concern with the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P .
