It appears that there is land dispute between the parties and only accusation against the petitioner is that he got prepared forged rent receipt and used the same in litigation. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.5.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
