The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and, thereafter, he was remanded in the present case on 20.10.2013 but admittedly, he was not put on T.I.P as yet. Moreover, except the confessional statement of co-accused and chequered criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.
